If damaged by the shipper you must contact us immediately. Some glass may require application of primer. If primer has been applied to the glass or frame it CANNOT be returned. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay all return shipping cost. Shipping charges are not refundable and returned sliders must be in original box and can not be torn or damaged. All slider's are returned to the manufacture and must be accepted and have refunded Brads auto glass.com before refund will be given.
